Our Board Structure

We have a Working Board – members provide guidance and actively engage in programs, fundraising, and community outreach, as much as possible.

Our Board Meetings

We Meet Quarterly (1–2 hours)
Board members are asked to attend at least two community events per year

Projected Meeting Dates:

Monday, December 29, 2025, at 6:00pm
Monday, March 30, 2026, at 6:00pm
Monday, June 29, 2026 at, 6:00pm
Monday, August 31, 2026, at 6:00pm
Monday, November 30, 2026, at 6:00pm

Fundraising & Giving

Each member is asked to support fundraising through giving, networking, connections, or event participation
Annual Contribution: $25 per month (or) $300.00 per year. (personally or through sponsorship connections)
Our Goal: 100% board giving (important for grants & funders)

Commitment

Members are asked to attend 3 of 4 board meetings per year
Members are asked to join or lead, at least one committee/project
Members are asked to be ambassadors for the Foundation in the community

Networking with community leaders & partners
Complimentary access to select trainings/workshops
Opportunity to shape initiatives that change lives
