The Influx Career & Workforce Development Program is a dynamic, hands-on initiative designed to bridge the gap between education and employment. Originally launched as a collaboration between Influx, Rivers East Workforce Development Board, and NC Works, the program began with a small group of interns and has since evolved into a robust training and mentorship experience for young adults and emerging professionals.
