
WIOA Youth Program

We are excited to share an amazing opportunity available through the Influx Community Cares Foundation, in partnership with the NCWorks NextGen
Youth and young adults ages 16 to 24 who reside in Pitt, Beaufort, Hertford, Bertie, or Martin County may be eligible to earn money while gaining valuable skills for their future careers, education, and financial success.

What This Opportunity Offers

Earn up to $600 by participating in approved in-person and virtual workshops, trainings, career fairs, and other career-readiness activities

Paid On-the-Job Training (OJT) to gain hands-on work experience while earning income
-
Tuition assistance for individuals seeking industry-recognized credentials or pursuing a degree at a community college

Who Can Qualify?
In-School Youth (Ages 16–21)

Must be attending school, meet low-income eligibility, and have at least one of the following:

Basic skills deficient
-
English language learner
-
Offender/justice-involved
-
Homeless, runaway, or in foster care/aged out
-
Pregnant or parenting
-
Has a disability
-
Requires additional assistance to complete education or obtain employment

Must not be attending school and meet at least one of the following:
