Setting the Tone: Inside Our First B.O.S.S. Session of the Year | Youth Male Mentorship | ICCF

The first B.O.S.S. youth male mentorship session at Wahl Coates began with cautious silence. However, honest conversation and introductions soon shifted the energy. By the end of the meeting, the young men were leaning forward, laughing, and eager for the next session.

B.O.S.S. (Brothers Overcoming Systems and Stereotypes) is a commitment to respect, responsibility, and resilience. We aim to interrupt the narrative of failure that many young men face in Eastern North Carolina by providing a space where they feel seen and heard.

A huge thank you to Trey and Jymeek for supporting this session. We have planted the foundation for growth, and we are just getting started.
